Why Latinx?

Why Latinx? The answer-inclusion for the 62.1 million diverse and intersectional identities that make up the culture. As a school leader, taking cultural relevancy into account is paramount as conversations around inclusion become more prominent. Incorporating Latinx into the conversation, policies and community engagement within your district’s plan will elevate the district’s mission and values when it comes to inclusivity. Nichols Strategies’ world traveler and communication consultant Jacob Ando dives into the history and social implications of the Hispanic and Latinx origins in Part 2 of the Latinx Heritage Month Series.
