Join the Digital Accessibility Cohort

Nichols Strategies is pleased to announce the launch of the Digital Accessibility Cohort, a structured learning community to guide you and your organization toward compliance with recent updates to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act related to the accessibility of websites and mobile apps. The first cohort will kick off in February 2026, with sessions scheduled through mid-April. Register today to secure your spot

Cohort membership is open to anyone affiliated with a state or local government, including public schools, school districts, county offices, educational associations and BOCES. Anyone with responsibility for digital content, websites or mobile apps can benefit from the cohort.  

About the cohort

Membership in the Digital Accessibility Cohort includes:

Interactive webinars

Six virtual learning sessions will be provided to guide your organization in developing a roadmap toward accessibility compliance. Each webinar will combine live instruction with guided activities. Webinars will be recorded, with recordings available to participants following each session. Structured activities before and after each webinar will be provided to promote the development of your unique roadmap.

Partnership, fellowship and networking

Your cohort registration fee of $399 includes up to five seats that can be allocated within your organization as you see fit. All cohort members will gain access to a member listserv to promote dialogue, discussion and networking among cohort members. 

1:1 support

Each participating organization will have the opportunity to book a 1:1 mentor session with Nichols Strategies at any time during the cohort period. This bespoke session can be used for customized training, strategic advising, troubleshooting, auditing and more.

All sessions will meet virtually on Wednesdays at 10 AM Pacific/1 PM Eastern.
